Overview

Responsibilities

Supporting all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.

Compiling reports.

Providing assistance in all personnel activities (onboarding, retention, project transfer, exit).

Coordination of cooperation with the other departments in all personnel activities.

Taking part in general HR activities.

Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research or reporting to client.

Work collaboratively with the project manager and team to maximize productivity.

Coordinate organizational structure up-to-date.

Requirements

Passionate about analytics.

Ready to communicate with a wide range of people.

Organized and have a systematic approach.

Ready to solve complex issues.

Have a good written and spoken English (Upper-intermediate).

Interest in HR and Project Management.
