Responsibilities

Working in cooperation with the CЕO to build, plan, and implement a company growth strategy.

Setting up sales processes, form the team and leading it.

Identification of the client's business needs and running clients research.

Requirements

Working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role. Proven sales track record.

Flexible, self-motivated, with strong analytical/quantitative and leadership skills.

Excellent communication skills, successful experience in negotiations, understanding how to build relations with partners.

Fluent written and verbal English is a must.
