Overview

Our HRD is looking for a partner: CAPABILITIES DEVELOPMENT EXPERT! We are searching for T&D professional with the focus on management and soft-skills development

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a variety of training and development initiatives for the company to build both functional and interpersonal skills for current roles and future ones.

Develop, execute and manage development initiatives for enhancing and leveraging leadership capabilities: leadership 360s, assessment tools, management training, executive coaching and mentoring.

Responsible for the management, execution, sometimes delivery and tracking of people management and soft skills training.

Partner and support various departments to ensure any required training is appropriately assigned, completed, and tracked to maintain our compliance.

Partner with HRD and business leaders to develop and manage development plans for critical roles and high potentials focused on internal mobility, advancing leaders and succession planning.

Consult with the managers to understand employee skill gaps and offer learning solutions.

Track and analyze the effectiveness of company development initiatives.

Requirements

Take constant personal development as a top priority value.

Know how to develop 2025 skills: empowering leadership, agile project management, digital, critical thinking, emotional intelligence.

Have at least a few years of progressive experience in capability development / Learning and Development in cross-location organizations with instructional design expertise with a 70-20-10 learning approach.

Aware of the difference between knowledge, skills, and attitude.

Know the Training and Development experts' market.

Able to work in both: the offline and online environment.

Know English - at least able to read the text of the vacancy and professional publications.
